    NTPC Limited — Important, 01-04-2026: Updates

    NTPC has completed the phased transfer of its coal mining business, including the Pakri Barwadih Coal Mine and Coal Mining HQ, to its wholly-owned subsidiary NML. Commercial operations for the mine have also commenced, finalizing the hiving-off of all coal mining units.
