Citizen Infoline Ltd — Important, 01-04-2026: Company Update

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the merger of Citizen Solar Private Limited into Citizen Infoline Limited. Shareholders of Citizen Solar will receive 11 new equity shares of Citizen Infoline for every 1 share they hold. This amalgamation aims to integrate business operations, enhance strategic flexibility, and drive growth. Post-merger, Citizen Infoline Limited will be renamed Citizen Solar Limited, and its authorized capital will increase to Rs. 15.50 Cr. The merger's effective date will be upon filing the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies.
