Rudra Gas Enterprise has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 71% of DS Pipeline Projects Limited (DSPL) for INR 18.38 Cr by purchasing 87,53,730 shares. DSPL specializes in gas pipeline infrastructure, including high-pressure steel and PNG connections. This strategic acquisition aims to diversify and expand Rudra Gas Enterprise's existing business operations. The deal, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals, is expected to close by May 2, 2026.
