Mauria Udyog Ltd — Important, 01-04-2026: Company Update

The Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Navneet Kumar Sureka as Managing Director for a fresh five-year term with a revised salary, effective April 1, 2026. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved a revised salary for Mrs. Deepa Sureka, Whole-time Director, for her remaining tenure, also effective April 1, 2026, pending shareholder consent. Additionally, M/s NTKPMJ & Associates, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. A Postal Ballot will be conducted to seek shareholder approval for these resolutions.
