Rushil Decor Limited — Important, 01-04-2026: Closure of operations

Rushil Decor's Mansa unit is temporarily shutting down for technological upgradation. It's replacing a steam boiler with a Thermic Fluid Heater for improved efficiency, productivity, and safety. This upgrade is expected to cause an estimated sales loss of Rs. 4 Cr. Other units remain operational.
