Adani Enterprises (AEL) has announced April 14, 2026, as the Record Date for its Composite Scheme. Eligible shareholders of Adani Emerging Businesses Pvt Ltd (AEBPL) will receive 90,11,048 AEL equity shares as a result of AEBPL's amalgamation with AEL. A Management Committee meeting on April 15, 2026, has been called to approve these share allotments to AEBPL shareholders.
