This strategic move aims to significantly boost Barflex's business expansion, allowing it to explore new overseas markets and grow its customer base. Rohit Poly Foams, incorporated in 2021, specializes in manufacturing plastic bags, polyurethane, and other foam products. The acquisition enhances Barflex's product portfolio and is expected to add an operational impact, considering Rohit Poly Foams' reported turnover of ₹1.88 Cr for FY25.
