Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited — Credit Ratings, 01-04-2026: Credit Rating

India Ratings and Research affirmed/assigned credit ratings for Adani Ports. Proposed Non-Convertible Debentures (Rs. 6,400 Cr) received 'IND AAA/Stable'. Existing NCDs (Rs. 10,852 Cr) were reaffirmed 'IND AAA/Stable'. Commercial Paper (Rs. 6,700 Cr) was reaffirmed 'IND A1+'. Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 9,020 Cr were assigned 'IND AAA/Stable/IND A1+', and Rs. 1,000 Cr facilities were reaffirmed with the same rating.
