The firm's pre-issue stake is now 10,09,562 shares (13.09%), and post-warrant conversion, it holds 16,48,205 shares (16.79%). Additionally, the company appointed Mr. Mayank Ahuja as an Additional Non-Executive Director. It also allotted 21,04,802 equity shares to warrant holders at ₹42.12 each, raising about ₹6.65 Cr.
