    KIMS subsidiary, KIMS Swastha, will operate and manage Avitis Super Speciality Hospital (210 beds) in Palakkad, Kerala, for 20 years. This expands KIMS's brand presence. KIMS also secured a call option for a majority stake in Avitis.
