Satin Finserv, a subsidiary, achieved strong growth: AUM surpassed ₹1,000 Cr (+93% YoY) and disbursements topped ₹700 Cr (+120% YoY), driven by a new sustainability business. It secured ₹730 Cr in debt and a ₹90 Cr equity infusion from its parent. Network expanded to 121 branches.
