Raghuvir Synthetics Ltd — Important, 03-04-2026: Company Update

Raghuvir Synthetics' Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Aayush Kamleshbhai Shah and Mrs. Ankita Vivekkumar Shah as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms, effective 06.02.2026. These appointments, proposed by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, await shareholder approval. The Board also appointed M/s. Jinang Shah & Associates as Scrutinizer and approved the notice for an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 25th April, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. Shareholders will vote on these and other key matters.
