Citizen Infoline's board has approved March 31, 2026, as the Record Date following the NCLT approval of its amalgamation with Citizen Solar Private Limited. This crucial date will determine eligible Citizen Solar shareholders entitled to receive new shares in Citizen Infoline. Shareholders of Citizen Solar will be issued 4.11 equity shares of Citizen Infoline (face value Rs. 10 each, fully paid up) for every 1 equity share held in Citizen Solar (face value Rs. 10 each), as per the approved scheme.
