Meghmani Organics Limited — JV/Acquisition, 04-04-2026: Amalgamation/Merger

Meghmani Organics (MOL) has announced a scheme to merge its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Kilburn Chemicals and Meghmani Crop Nutrition, into the parent company. This amalgamation aims to simplify the group structure, optimize resource utilization, and achieve operational and financial synergies. As these are wholly-owned subsidiaries, no new shares will be issued, ensuring no dilution for existing MOL shareholders. The authorized share capital of MOL will increase to Rs. 97 Crore post-merger. This strategic move is expected to streamline operations and reduce costs, subject to necessary shareholder and NCLT approvals.
