This merger combines Midwest Gold's mining and mineral processing business with Midwest Energy's expertise in advanced battery packs and management systems, aiming for more convenient and advantageous operations. For the last fiscal year, Midwest Energy reported a turnover of 0.46 Cr, while Midwest Gold's turnover was 44.64 Cr. As Midwest Energy is a wholly-owned subsidiary, this amalgamation will not change Midwest Gold's shareholding pattern.
