Goodricke Group has executed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding for the proposed sale of its Chalouni Tea Estate. This agreement initiates due diligence for the transaction, which is subject to a definitive agreement upon satisfactory review. The Chalouni Tea Estate contributed 1.9% of the company's total turnover (Rs. 17.39 Crore) and 5% of its net worth in the last financial year.
