Prima Plastics Ltd — Important, 06-04-2026: Company Update

Prima Plastics Limited has set April 17, 2026, as the Record Date for its demerger. Shareholders holding Prima Plastics shares on this date will be eligible to receive shares of Prima Innovation Limited (PIPL), the new entity formed as part of this process. For every one equity share held in Prima Plastics (face value Rs. 10), shareholders will be allotted one equity share of PIPL (face value Rs. 5).
