Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the relevant SEBI Circulars, we wish to inform that Ms. Pragya Bijalwan, Head Marketing & Communications of the Company since December 2024, has been inducted into the Senior Leadership Team with effect from 6th April, 2026, and has accordingly become a Senior Management Personnel of the Company from the said date.
