    SCML board approved raising ₹37.58 Cr via equity shares to non-promoters and ₹43.65 Cr via convertible warrants. Authorized capital will rise to ₹21.00 Cr. Mr. Gurdeep Singh was appointed as an Additional Director. An EGM on May 6 will seek shareholder approval for these proposals.
