LEEL Electricals' promoters & acquirers reported no new share encumbrances. This follows a major capital restructuring: old promoter shares were fully cancelled. Public shareholders were significantly diluted (1:43 ratio). New shares were allotted to meet public holding norms and to the acquirer. Listing of restructured shares is in process.
