Maruti Interior Products Limited's Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 4,53,00,000 new equity shares to eligible shareholders. Each share was issued at ₹10, matching its face value. This successful rights issue significantly increases the company's paid-up equity share capital. Before the issue, it stood at 1,51,00,000 shares worth Rs. 15.10 Cr. Post-allotment, the paid-up capital has expanded to 6,04,00,000 shares, totaling Rs. 60.40 Cr, strengthening the company's equity base.
