Max Healthcare's board approved re-appointing Mr. Narayan K. Seshadri. The company will acquire ~58.4% in Kalinga Hospital (250 beds, Bhubaneswar) for ₹300 Cr, funded by a ₹300 Cr loan. They will also provide KHL ₹100 Cr for renovation & a ₹42 Cr corporate guarantee for existing debt.
