Muthoot Microfin will raise ₹71.61 Cr via private placement of upto 7161 Secured Non-Convertible Debentures. Each NCD is priced at ₹100,000, offering 8.50% annual interest. Allotment is tentatively April 28, 2026, with maturity in 29 months.
