Vikram Kamats Hospitality's Board Allotment Committee has converted 1,44,000 warrants into equity shares, allocating them to promoter Dr. Vikram V. Kamat after receiving the final subscription payment of ₹74.59 lakh. This move increased Dr. Kamat's shareholding to 8.15% (14,20,541 shares) and expanded the company's paid-up equity capital from ₹17.29 crore to ₹17.43 crore. The total number of outstanding shares now stands at 1.74 crore. Each warrant was converted at an issue price of ₹74. The company still has 8,10,595 warrants pending conversion, with 1,20,000 allocated to Dr. Kamat.
