Acquirers Kolli Murali Krishna and Gogineni Srinivas have announced an open offer to acquire up to 13.13 lakh equity shares (26%) of Senthil Infotek Limited from public shareholders at ₹ 8 per share, totaling ₹ 1.05 Cr. This follows an agreement to purchase 31.76 lakh shares (62.90%) from the existing promoters for ₹ 1.747 Cr, giving the Acquirers control of the company. The existing promoters will be reclassified as public shareholders. The Acquirers will ensure the company maintains minimum public shareholding as required.
