    Digikore's board approved increasing authorized capital from ₹15 Cr to ₹17 Cr and a preferential issue to a promoter for up to ₹11 Cr. They also withdrew earlier plans for a ₹25 Cr capital increase and ₹45 Cr fundraise. An EGM will seek shareholder approvals.
