    BJ Duplex Boards announced its board approved increasing authorized capital to ₹25 Cr. It will acquire 87.91% of Prabhatam Infrastructure for ₹14.40 Cr via a share swap to expand its infrastructure business. A ₹6 Cr cash preferential issue was also approved. EGM on May 8 for approvals.
