Apex Ecotech Limited — Board Meeting, 09-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Apex Ecotech's board approved boosting borrowing and investment limits to ₹100 Cr each. An ESOP 2026 for 2.2 lakh shares was also okayed. Remuneration for MD Anuj Dosajh and EDs Ramakrishnan Aiyer, Ajay Raina was revised to ₹2.5 Cr annually. All subject to EGM approval on May 12.
