    CRISIL Ratings has downgraded Mirza International's long-term bank facilities to 'CRISIL BBB+/Negative' from 'CRISIL A-/Negative'. Short-term facilities are also downgraded to 'CRISIL A2' from 'CRISIL A2+'. These ratings cover total bank loan facilities of Rs. 215 Cr. The long-term outlook remains Negative.
