NRB Bearing Limited — Pledging, 09-04-2026: Pledge/Unpledge

NRB Bearings promoters, Harshbeena Sahney Zaveri and Trilochan Singh Sahney Trust – 1, recently restructured their pledged shares. Between March 27 and April 7, they refinanced loans to optimize borrowing costs, moving them from Tata Capital Limited (TCL) to Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL).

During this period, approximately 1.95 crore shares were released from pledge by TCL, and roughly 1.94 crore shares were subsequently pledged to ABCL. This strategic move resulted in a minor net reduction in the overall promoter pledged shareholding.

The total value of these pledged shares stands at about Rs 878.04 crore, securing a loan amount of Rs 275.65 crore. This provides a strong security cover of 3.19 times, indicating prudent financial management by the promoters.
