NRB Bearings: Promoters Trilochan Singh Sahney Trust 1 & Harshbeena Sahney Zaveri optimized their borrowing costs. They swapped lenders for pledged shares, releasing ~1.95 Cr shares from Tata Capital and re-pledging ~1.94 Cr shares to Aditya Birla Capital. This results in a slight net reduction in overall promoter pledged shares. Currently, ~73.9% of promoter shareholding (amounting to ~3.67 Cr shares) remains encumbered.
