Mr. Ramakant Asopa, a Chartered Accountant with 14 years of experience, is appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, the board approved the incorporation of RDB Ergoflex LLP, a new entity for furniture manufacturing. The company will contribute 51% of the LLP's total capital of Rs. 1 Crore, gaining a controlling interest and diversifying its operations.
