Sammaan Capital Limited — Credit Ratings, 10-04-2026: Credit Rating- Revision

CRISIL has upgraded Sammaan Capital's long-term debt program to AA+/Stable. This reflects strong support from its new promoter, IHC Group, alongside sustained strong capitalization and robust buffers. CRISIL also reaffirmed the A1+ rating for commercial paper and short-term non-convertible debentures. This upgrade is the first by a domestic agency in nearly a decade.
