Sattrix Information Security Limited has clarified its exemption from certain corporate governance provisions. As an entity listed on the SME Exchange, the company is not required to submit the Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. This exemption also applies to entities with a paid-up equity capital not exceeding ₹10 crore and a net worth not exceeding ₹25 crore, criteria which the company meets. This reduces administrative compliance for the company.
