Prima Plastics has opened a special window for investors to resolve old physical share transfer requests. If you submitted a physical transfer request before April 1, 2019, that was rejected or had deficiencies, you now have a one-year period, from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027, to re-lodge it. Importantly, shares resulting from these transfers will only be issued in dematerialized form. This is a key opportunity for shareholders to regularize their holdings and move to digital ownership.
