    Omaxe has secured Rs 31.30 Cr by allotting 313 Unrated Senior Secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement. Each NCD is valued at Rs 10 lakh. This fund infusion comes with a 12% IRR and is secured by specific project assets and guarantees.
