Genus Prime Infra Ltd — Important, 10-04-2026: Company Update

Genus Prime Infra's board has approved the allotment of shares as part of its Scheme of Arrangement. This includes 5.08 Cr new equity shares to Genus Power Infrastructures Limited shareholders and 1.23 Cr equity shares to Yajur Commodities Limited (YCL) shareholders. Additionally, 4.88 Lakh zero coupon preference shares and 18 Lakh 9% cumulative preference shares were allotted to YCL preference shareholders. The company's issued equity capital now stands at Rs. 15.60 Cr. These new equity shares will be listed, significantly altering the company's capital structure and shareholder base.
