Sagar Systech has opened a special window for shareholders to re-lodge transfer requests for physical shares. This window is open for one year, from February 05, 2026, to February 04, 2027. It is specifically for physical shares lodged before April 01, 2019, that were previously rejected or returned due to documentation issues. All shares re-lodged through this window will be issued in dematerialized (demat) form. These demat shares will be under a one-year lock-in period from the date of transfer registration, during which they cannot be transferred, lien-marked, or pledged. Shareholders should submit original documents to the company's Registrar.
