    NCL Industries' board approved Phase 1 (50 MW) of a 130 MW Solar & Wind Power project in Tuticorin for Rs. 392 Cr. The full project costs Rs. 919 Cr, funded by debt/internal accruals for captive use & power sale. Board also stressed strict regulatory adherence.
