The company's Finance and Investment Committee approved the allotment of 1,75,000 equity shares to promoter Avani Shailesh Mehta. This follows the conversion of an equal number of warrants at an issue price of ₹38.25 per share, upon receipt of the balance 75% payment of ₹0.50 Cr. This issuance increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹13.56 Cr to ₹13.74 Cr. Post-allotment, the promoter's shareholding rises from 1.85% to 3.10%. 3,47,875 warrants remain outstanding for conversion.
