Astec LifeSciences announced significant board changes. Mr. Nadir Godrej retired as Chairman, with Mr. Vishal Sharma appointed as the new Chairperson. Mr. Burjis Godrej stepped down as MD to focus on Godrej Agrovet but joins as a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Arijit Mukherjee is now Executive Director & COO.
