Swaraj Engines hit record FY26 PAT of Rs 196.31 Cr (up 18.3%) & Q4 PAT of Rs 54.56 Cr (up 20.1%). Annual engine sales crossed 2 lakh units for first time. Board proposed an Rs 110/share dividend and announced a new Compliance Officer.
