This is to inform that the Board of Directors of Swaraj Engines Limited ( the Company ) at its meeting held today i.e. 13th April, 2026 inter alia considered, noted and approved:- cessation of Ms. Geeta Kharat (ICSI Membership No. ACS-51135) as Compliance Officer of the Company due to her resignation with effect from close of 12th June, 2026.- appointment of Mr. Nayan Jain (ICSI Membership No. ACS-79769) as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 13th June, 2026. Mr. Nayan Jain will also be Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
