Ramsons Projects Ltd — Important, 13-04-2026: Company Update

Ramsons Projects' board has approved an Inter-Corporate Deposit (ICD) of 2.70 Cr to JSPL Estates Private Limited, intended for the borrower's general corporate needs. This represents an unsecured loan by Ramsons Projects. The board also decided to transfer the entire balance from its Statutory Reserve to General/Free Reserves. This move follows the voluntary surrender of the company's NBFC registration, freeing up capital previously held under regulatory obligations. Additionally, M/s. K.K. Singh & Associates were re-appointed as the company's Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2025-26.
