Rose Merc Ltd — Important, 13-04-2026: Company Update

Rose Merc has signed a binding term sheet to acquire a 30.01% stake in Virtual Gain Technologies Private Limited for 1 Cr. Virtual operates as a fintech service provider, developing platforms for virtual digital assets and digital payments. This strategic investment aims to enable Rose Merc to enter and expand its own fintech division in India. Rose Merc also plans to appoint a majority of directors to Virtual's board, strengthening its strategic control. Virtual's turnover for the last three years was 0.0524 Cr, 0.646 Cr, and 0.988 Cr, respectively.
