The Board has approved key leadership transitions. Mr. Manmohan Singh, Chairman and Independent Director, will step down from his roles, including the Audit Committee, upon completing his final term. Mr. Amritanshu Khaitan, a Promoter and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
