    ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited — Board Meeting, 14-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    ICICI Prudential Life announced strong FY26 consolidated results: PAT up 34.6% to ₹1,600 Cr, VNB grew 10.9% to ₹2,629 Cr (24.7% margin), and EV rose 10.5% to ₹52,989 Cr. A final dividend of ₹1.65/share was proposed. Chaturvedi & Co LLP was appointed as a new joint statutory auditor.
