ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a 34.6% increase in Profit After Tax to ₹ 1,600 crore and a 10.9% rise in Value of New Business to ₹ 2,629 crore, with a 24.7% margin. Embedded Value grew 10.5% to ₹ 52,989 crore, reflecting strong performance. A final dividend payout of ₹ 1.65 per share was declared, subject to shareholder approval.
