Gogia Capital Growth Ltd — Important, 14-04-2026: Company Update

Gogia Capital Growth Limited has announced changes in the leadership of its Board committees. Mrs. Aanal Mehta, an Independent Director, has resigned from her position as Chairman of both the Audit Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. She will continue to serve as a member on both committees. Consequently, Mr. Brijesh Saxena has been appointed as the new Chairman for the Audit Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mr. Rajat Raja Kothari will now chair the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC). These adjustments do not affect the overall composition of the company's Board.
