    ICICI Securities' board approved the financial results for the quarter and full-year ending March 31, 2026. Consolidated Net Profit after tax stood at ₹1,713.13 Cr. The board also proposed a final dividend of ₹16.50/share and re-appointed Ajay Saraf as Executive Director.
